Nathalia Cruz Ortiz sold and managed real estate for 10+ years. Then 2020 hit, everything shut down, and she finally had time to think about how agents actually get business.

What she noticed was that the agents who were getting the calls to buy or sell homes weren't always the ones doing the best work. They were the ones getting shown up first in Google searches by being quoted in the local paper, appearing on podcasts, and getting tagged as "the market expert" in their area.

So I pivoted. She took what she knew about real estate and paired it with her experience from doing media relations, learning how newsrooms work, what makes a journalist say yes to a pitch, and how to turn a listing or a market trend into a story someone actually wants to tell.

That's PR Genius Real Estate.

She built it because she knows a thing or two about agents firsthand: they don't have marketing staff, nor a budget that can absorb a $5,000-a-month retainer.

So everything here works without either. Agents can run their own PR with the DIY PR Kit, or hand it off entirely—either way, the goal is the same: the kind of visibility that used to be reserved for agents with big teams and bigger budgets.

She's been on both sides of this—closing the deal and pitching the story. Now she help other agents do both.
